ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others who may interact or interface with Bahan Natural Health Center, also known as BNHC, and our subsidiaries and affiliates, in association with the use of the BNHC website, which includes www.bahannaturalhealth.com (the “Site”) and its Services, which shall be defined below.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We have the right to change or add to the terms of this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Terms on Bahan Natural Health Center’s websites and/or mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”). Any use of the Services after our publication of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the Terms as modified. However, any Dispute that arose before the modification shall be governed by the Terms (including the binding individual arbitration clause) that was in place when the Dispute arose.
EMERGENCIES
This site is not an emergency-response or emergency-monitoring service and any person who is aware of an emergency situation or believes that a person may be at risk of injury or death or who may harm themselves or another person should dial “911” or an appropriate emergency responder. Bahan Natural Health Center is under no obligation to monitor or respond to communications made to this site.

The Site provides information about our office, services, and staff to our patients and clients. The Site allows our patients and clients to contact us, request appointments, and access third-party services contracted by us.
Any and all visitors to our site shall be deemed as “users” of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications, and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Bahan Natural Health Center. At its discretion, Bahan Natural Health Center may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Bahan Natural Health Center does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user, acknowledge, accept and agree that Bahan Natural Health Center shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes, and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, modified, revised, or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services.
Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided “AS IS” and as such Bahan Natural Health Center shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion, and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalization settings.

BOOKING POLICY
Booking Appointments
Patients booking or scheduling office or virtual appointments with Bahan Natural Health Center must complete a Patient Intake Form and agree to the Office Policy contained in the Patient Intake Form. The Patient Intake Form may be downloaded from the Resources page of this website or it may be requested via the contact information on the contact page of the website. Please note that the costs for office visits are not listed on this website or the booking website and may show as $0. Contact us at info@bahannaturalhealth.com or via the contact page to get the actual cost for your visit. Payments are collected in the office following the visit. Saturday appointments may be made by calling to schedule in advance, when available.
Cancelation, Late, No-Show Policy
You agree to the Cancelation, Late, No-Show Policy when scheduling appointments with Bahan Natural Health Center. See the Cancelation, Late, No-Show Policy page for details.
REGISTRATION
Registration is not required to view certain content on the Site. However, to use some parts of the Site and Services you may be required to register and provide certain information about yourself, including your e-mail address and password (“Credentials”). If you become a registered member of the Site, you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your registration account.
